An Australian Girl in Paris

Take a look at this little treasure I made today. 'Little Threads' will be releasing a range of 'Mummy & Me' jewellery, this evening. Trinkets which can be shared between Mother and Daughter - perhaps a lovely gesture for Mother's Day? Well you may not be able to afford a couple of tickets to Paris for Mum, but perhaps 'A Trip To Paris' by Little Threads will be the perfect alternative!

Available in store from May 1st, 2009.

What's "in store" for Little Threads

Here's just a taste of some of the handmade and vintage pieces that you can expect to find for sale in Little Thread's Etsy Store. Little Threads will have a range of vintage one-of-a-kind pieces as well as made-to-order handmade trasures. If you have a specific request in mind, please do not hesitate to contact me - littlethread@gmail.com.

Poor Little Poppet

After an exhausting day at the hospital being poked and prodded, poor Milla was a bit of a grump today. Lucky for me when she's tired she doesn't run away from the camera and I got some lovely shots (albeit without smiles!).

Creative Spaces

Have come to the realisation that I am in desperate need of my own space (both working & storage) in order for me to work efficiently. But with three little mess-makers and a hubby who's constantly glued to the only desk in the house, I am continuously having to take over the kitchen table, only to vacate it again with every meal! I'm literally working out of a large plastic tub on the laundry floor, oh dear. I think some creative space saving ideas are in order - any suggestions? (Please note, hubby packing up and moving out is not an option!)

My Next Project - Crayon Melting

Check out Alisa from Ink Caravan's fab article on Crayon Melting. I'm already checking under the couches for any stray crayon pieces I can melt!
